I first called Dorothy McGargill looking to find information on home values as we were just made conservators of a family member and needed to clean out his house & sell the property. Even tho she knew we were not even close to listing the house, Dorothy came out to see if she could help us in any way.She was so easy to talk with & she gave us the names of contractors, painters, window repair companies, etc. to use. Without her help it would have taken us much longer to get the house ready to sell, since we were not from the Hemet area. We had talked with several agents from other companies that contacted us, but we were not as comfortable with them as with Dorothy.

Ours was a pretty rough sale & escrow (time wise) since everything had to be approved by the courts, but Dorothy kept us, the buyers agent & the buyers informed all along the way, her staff Lori was a great help as well.
